  I've had multiple experiences with the ladies that work here either being rude to me or messing up my paperwork and I have to go back in and fix it myself. One time I tried using my POA and they let me, but not without being very rude and condescending about it. The biggest issue I have with them is their screw up with my paperwork. I gave them 3 stars though because I have had 2 neutral experiences with them. They did their job and I didn't feel harassed. They were fine. But that's 2 out of at least 5 experiences. Hope the next time is better!

  The lady never gave me all the correct information and I ended up going three times. I just moved here from another state and she was so rude and did not try to explain Washington rules. She insisted my car had a letter of s or sv I told her there wasn't one. She told me to go outside and get it off my car and of there was no such thing. I even called my insurance company to see if they knew and of course there was no such thing on my VIN. I even got my handbook for my car and looked and once again NOTHING to back up her claim. I have NEVER had this problem before obtaining a tag. I told her to just put whatever she thought in order to get through. When I gave her my title she tore off the top and threw it under the counter. Why ???? Then I gave her my millage and she asked if it was rolled back! I had the millage on my phone In my pictures and she could look at it. She was so angry she shoved the title in my face and said "Look at this" they need that!! I am a senior citizen and this is not my first car. Fortunately I knew that as unknown to her I have worked for the Dept of license before and knew our laws in another state. I did not tell her because I wished to avoid any further confortaion. She took my title and said I would get another in the mail. I haven't received one yet and am anxiously awaiting. I also tried to explain I have NEVER had a tag in the front and the only help I received was go to a store somewhere. All I wanted to say is I think this female find a new job not working with the public.
